GUM GRADES

Gum Senegal and Gum Seyal are both types of Gum Arabic obtained from different species of Acacia trees and have key differences in their properties and applications in various industries.

GUM SENEGAL

Gum Senegal is derived from the Acacia Senegal tree. It is known for its high solubility in water and superior emulsifying properties and is primarily used as an emulsifier and stabilizer in oil-in-water emulsions.

OR

GUM SEYAL

Gum Seyal is derived from the Acacia Seyal and has slightly lower solubility in water compared to Gum Senegal meaning it is commonly used in applications where lower water solubility is desired.
